We recruit high caliber, professional, intelligent and dedicated personnel to exceed the expectations of our clients. Strict parameters are laid down for recruitments of our staff, which covers education, physical fitness, age and antecedents. Security Staff is carefully selected to meet the high expectations of Rapid Security and its clients. We also keep in view the individual demand of each client as well as sensitivity of security responsibility in the present day situation. Rapid Security enrolls security personnel of Category A+ (mentally and physically) with clean Police record. Recruitment is carried out from retired army personnel. However, retired personnel from PAF, NAVY, FC, Rangers, and ASF may also be enrolled. Recruitment of experienced civilians as Security Guards is also undertaken.

Verification Policy

We implement a stringent three pronged verification process which is embedded in our Verification policy. We strictly implement 100% NADRA (National Database Registration Authority), verification, Police security check for criminal record and Local Administration verification.
