The company is managed and headed by its Chief Executive, who happens to be the proprietor of the outfit also. Mr. Raja Rashid Mehmood has rich & wealth of experience in planning, organization and man- management. He has the distinction of attending and qualifying courses related to international security environment in following fields, like, Conflict Management, Screening & Vetting along with Health & Safety At Work’ in UK. He has established Rapid Security Guards as a private security company in 2008 with the sole aim of bringing the quality service for its clients to the apex height in the comity of companies which are operating in the arena.

The chief executive has served for about a decade as a director of the enterprise and during its tenure has attained expertise in various command and staff appointments besides in the domain of administration.

Now he in the capacity of Chief Executive has raised the standard of the company to a position where it’s in the top level echelons of the service.

Right now the company is operating in Sindh, Balochistan & Punjab and hopes to extend its operations to other provinces, including federal capital in near future.

His motto of “Promise less deliver more” has been embraced and imbibed by his team mates in Letter & Spirit.

Lt Col Ch. Iqbal is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company. Being of Armed Forces background the understanding of Safety & Security is part & parcel of his very nature & stature.

After retiring from security establishment, he had joined corporate sector (National & Multinationals) and along with this security outfits, for over two & half decade- thus attained vast multifarious experience in the said field.

We hope the induction of his will bring laurels & raise the company to the height where it will be second to none in the competitive field of provision of security services.

Mr. Iftikahar Ahmed Shahzad is the head of operations. He has sound background of security because of his service in “Civil Armed Forces” (Rangers).

After completion of his meritorious color service, he joined security outfits and showed his mettle in the said arena also.

Now he is looking after the operation of “Rapid Security Guards” and without any hesitation, we may say that feed back of gratification from the clients speak it all. Company will make great strides in his supervision and touch the apex heights of stardom, God Willing.
