Our Security Personnel are vetted to gauge suitability prior to employment and are subject to extensive training in respect of their general responsibilities and “ON THE JOB TRAINING” in respect of the customer’s particular requirement. Regular training need analysis is carried out and quarterly refresher courses for the guards, Supervisors and Checking/ Deployment Staff are arranged. Our Security Personnel’s are capable and fully trained in: Handling all types of fire fighting and security equipments. Carrying out physical search of employees, Visitors and their vehicles. Controlling and organizing of Vehicular Traffic. Accurate reporting of unusual incidents. Effective patrolling of high security risk areas. Total Control of movements of Incoming and Outgoing Materials i.e. Inventory Control. Control of Unauthorized intruders i.e. Entry Control . Keeping an eye on all the activities i-e being highly vigilant.
